With over 15 years of experience in human resources, I am a certified and accomplished leader who drives the human capital strategy and fosters a positive and inclusive work culture at DataVox, a leading provider of data analytics solutions. I have the SPHR credential from HRCI, which demonstrates my proficiency and knowledge in the strategic and operational aspects of human resources management.At DataVox, I oversee the full-cycle recruiting, benefits administration, employee development, and performance management programs. I have implemented several initiatives to enhance the employee experience, such as the S.M.A.R.T. program, which provides staff training, assessments, and feedback based on specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and timely goals.
