As an HR leader, I go into every day with the knowledge that everyone has their own personal struggles and battles outside of the workplace. This helps me remember that everyone is trying their best, including myself, so that I always can give a little compassion and grace when needed.I’ve spent my career combining strategic foresight with empathy and authenticity to help employees find purpose, guide managers to lead effectively, and enable organizations to thrive.
