Currently responsible for guidance and cultivation within the following areas- Career Navigation Services: Team assists associates whose positions have been eliminated by a reduction in force or have returned from leave and position has been filled. Provide resume review, practice interview questions and techniques to make the best first impression during the interview process, guidance through the recruitment process, and liaison amongst recruiters on status updates for jobs in which associate has applied - Associate Talent Outreach: Team assists associates who were a runner-up in the interview process and would have obtained the job had another one been available. Provide transparency of the recruitment process and assist associate in identifying a new position- Contingent Labor: Team provides guidance and policy adherence on contingent labor processes. Work closely with Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Procurement Team to ensure guidelines are followed, timely hiring of contingent workers is completed, and mitigation of risk- Manager on my Team oversees the Project Recruiting and Internal Mobility Teams. The Project Recruiting Team is responsible for handling high-volume, class based hiring events which usually accounts for about 30% of the hiring at Humana. For large-scale events will also engage RPO services. The Internal Mobility Team is responsible for requisitions in which the hiring manager has identified that they want to secure internal associates for their jobs. They average a time to fill around 28 days. In addition to guidance and leadership support of these teams, also participate and consult on special projects. Also responsible for managing a budget and focusing on proactive strategic initiatives.
