Clinical Research Billing works for clinical research sites to support them with invoicing, revenue collection and CTMS management. For sites running a Clinical Trial Management System, we manage it from off-site for invoicing purposes. For sites interested in installing a CTMS, we arrange demos from the four largest systems and then help sites with system implementation. We then manage the system, load new protocols and budgets, and reconcile payments to keep it current. We invoice all items such as protocol charges, unscheduled visits, invoice-able procedures, close-out and retention. In order to ensure that the site is paid fairly, we support sites with budget negotiation. We can be sure that our fees our covered as part of the study budget overhead. We provide clinical research sites with the financial expertise and support they need in order to get paid for all the work they do. Sites can then focus on enrolling new patients, conducting quality research and finding more trials.

ABOUT KRISTI ETCHBERGER
Kristi King Etchberger has a Wharton MBA and a background in financial markets and Latin American finance. She received her bachelor’s degree from Pitzer College in Economics, an MBA from The Wharton School of Business in finance, a Chartered Financial Analyst certificate, and studied pharmaceutical law at the Seton School of Law.She was an equity market analyst for Latin American Food and Beverage stocks in the 1990’s and then moved to corporate finance for several US and Mexican companies, until, as CFO in 2008, she helped take GenommaLab to the equity markets for a successful IPO. She continued in the health finance field, starting Clinical Research Billing, Inc in 2015 to help independent research sites manage their systems and billing. She has worked for Clinical Research Billing since 2015 and grown it into a vibrant company serving many clinical research sites, both large and small.
