I\'ve spent my career on growth, transformation and building global high-performing teams in public, private and PE-backed companies across multiple industries, often as the inaugural Chief People Officer. I\'ve built and led HR functions and teams through hyper-growth (both organic and via M&A), IPO readiness, leadership transitions and global expansions - always with a human-centered approach, focused on making the people side of the business a competitive advantage. Along the way I\'ve been a People team of one and led People teams of 550, overseen workforces from 100 to people and built global strategies across every aspect of the talent lifecycle: talent planning and acquisition, core HR(benefits, compensation, compliance, ER and performance mgmt), career development, leadership development, growth and learning, succession planning, culture, DEI, employee experience and engagement. Now I focus on transformational work with people at the center, through fractional CPO roles, board service and advising. I bring a passion for scaling companies, aligning leadership and building people strategies that actually work.
