I first recognized my talent (and passion!) for building enduring relationships during my fruitful tenure in the banking industry. During those years, I quickly established myself as a top sales performer, a leading sales manager, and an advocate for small businesses.Then, I made a bold move. I resigned from M&T Bank to pursue another passion of mine, running my own business. I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit and it led me to form my own successful company, through which I developed a vast network of relationships in the DC metro area and beyond.When I learned a friend of mine was looking to grow her recruiting business here in the DC area, I jumped at the chance to help another entrepreneur and female-owned business. Although I was brought in as VP of Business Development, I fell in love with the hiring and recruitment process.Recruiting is a people business. Whether you are helping a CEO or Hiring Manager develop a cohesive team or representing a candidate and advancing their career – it’s all about the human dimension. The people are the heart of any company, often they are the first impression of a company and are the ambassadors that bring a brand to life.
