About Kristi Chaney

As an HR Manager/Generalist, I have had the pleasure of building small teams from the ground up, enacting positive change by guiding orgs through their journeys to a more diverse and employee-focused environment, both in person and in remote environments. I love everything about employee engagement and retention, and have vast knowledge and experience in creating a more engaging onboarding experience for new hires. I truly believe that the employee experience starts from the second they apply as an applicant. I know and understand the value of keeping employees engaged, both monetarily and morale-wise. This includes ensuring they have an immersive and informative onboarding experience initially, and continues throughout their tenure as a contributing employee. I also have experience researching and implementing new software systems for efficiency and effectiveness, in addition to employee relations issues that include thorough and complete investigations resulting in fair and just conclusions. I welcome challenges and thrive on creative and innovative problem-solving, but am also looking to expand my skills and knowledge. I successfully completed my PHR certification in 2020 and proudly take that knowledge into all of my positions. I\'m open to new and exciting opportunities, and feel confident in my ability to contribute to any organization.
