I bring a unique blend of operational strategy, candidate experience expertise, and cross-functional coordination to every role I take on.In my most recent position at The Starbucks Coffee Company as part of their Retail Operations team:→ Translated complex information into intuitive visual presentations that played a critical role in driving the timely implementation of the Siren Craft System, an operational strategy designed to enhance store workflow. → Developed a streamlined digital library for 3 remote executives and their teams, resulting in improved decision making and increased operational efficiency, which was adopted as a company-wide model for optimized processes.→ Transformed the onboarding experience for the coordinator role nationwide by designing process documentation, optimizing workflows, and addressing a resource gap.
