Kristi is a Director of People & Culture at Blackbaud, where she leads initiatives that shape a culture of belonging, connection, and purpose. Her work centers on designing intentional talent and onboarding experiences, cultivating employee engagement through values-driven culture programs, and aligning corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts with the company’s mission to fuel social impact.
