After building a career in business development and sales for large technology companies, I wanted to start a company that provides tailored solutions to customers and emphasizes a culture of strong core values and a family-like environment for my teams. In 2010, I started E2 Optics, a woman-owned business in the male-dominated industry of low voltage integration. I self-funded the company from day one, growing our company around the core values of safety, family, integrity, respect, accountability, trust, passion, collaboration, faith, agility, and honesty. Since our inception in 2010, E2 Optics has become one of the fastest-growing low voltage integration companies in the nation, with over 1200 employees at more than 15 locations around the US committed to providing safety, quality, and unique, well-designed solutions and project controls to our customers across the largest industries, including Hyperscale Mission Critical Data Centers, Enterprise, Health care, Finance, Manufacturing, AI Facilities, and Media & Communications Industries.
