I drive cross-functional initiatives spanning Risk, Credit, Compliance, IT, and Accounting shared services to strengthen financial performance, operational efficiency, and governance.My current focus areas include enabling trading growth through process automation, SAP transformation, and “Deals-to-Dollars” initiatives that streamline end-to-end trade value realization. I’m passionate about developing high-performing teams, fostering collaboration across our global commercial offices, and building scalable systems that position our international business for long-term success.
