   In my current role, I am primarily responsible for the day to day operations of the finance team. An essential focus of the role is maintaining internal controls through monthly account reconciliations and annual balance sheet reviews. On a monthly basis, I ensure actual performance metrics are accurate and assist in any changes needed to our financial forecast. Annual responsibilities include the creation of our site profit plan and leading the financial preparation and tasks involved in verifying physical inventory. This role reports directly to the Plant Controller and serves as the primary financial representative in the controller\'s absence. Along with this, I lead the local finance department and advise, train, and support the personnel on our team.
