Work with our Enterprise Agile Delivery Chapter to solve organizational impediments and gaps in learning. This has led to the creation of resources that will provide guidance on organizational structure across the enterprise. As part of this initiative, I’ve also worked with the chapter to create and facilitate content for our Agile Academy• Coach and guide multiple Scrum teams that consist of Engineers and Data Scientists developing and delivering AI & Automation capabilities across our enterprise with the newest technologies• Coach and collaborate with Product Owners on team backlogs, managing priories, road-mapping, and strategies on team deliverables• Coach and collaborate with technical leads to refine and prioritize technical debt• Work across the Train, Value Stream, and Enterprise to manage dependencies and risks• Coach and collaborate with leadership and development teams on creating and implementing process improvements that lead to faster executions, higher quality deliverables, increased productivity and innovation at a team and train level.• Utilize metrics at a train & team level to show improvement and/or areas in need of improvement: Ex: Committed vs Delivered, Cycle Time, Throughput, Velocity, and burndown.• Coach leadership and teams new to implementation and/or struggling to adhere to Agile principles and the Scrum framework• Change agent in an environment highly resistant to change• Facilitate ART ceremonies: Demonstrations, Inspect and Adapts, Innovation and Planning, and Program Increment Planning• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for multiple teams; Daily Stand Up, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement and Retrospectives• Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to ensure the acceptance criteria is agreed upon and stories are ready for sizing
