I’m a product and operations leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution. Over the past decade, I’ve helped organizations from global enterprises to early-stage companies turn big ideas into scalable, high-performing operations.My career has spanned ecommerce, SaaS, private equity real estate, and most recently consulting for a top-performing residential real estate business. Across each role, the common thread has been building structure where it doesn’t exist yet: creating roadmaps, implementing processes, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving measurable growth. No task is ever too big, or too small, for me to feel energized to take on.At Unilever, I helped launch and scale direct-to-consumer brands, owning product roadmaps and eventually business operations and P&L. In tech, I led web and mobile product delivery, managing Agile development cycles and cross-functional stakeholders. At a $600M AUM real estate investment firm, I built the marketing and investor communications engine from the ground up, scaling systems, content, and engagement to support capital growth. Most recently, I stepped into a highly entrepreneurial consulting role, where I built operational infrastructure, marketing systems, and client experience processes that helped drive more than 80% year-over-year business growth.I’m known for being a self-starter who figures things out quickly, brings calm structure to complexity, and follows through relentlessly. I love roles where I can connect vision to execution, translating strategy into clear plans, building the systems to support them, and helping teams move faster and smarter.Alongside my corporate experience, I have a long-standing passion for real estate investing and financial independence, which has fueled my interest in business models, asset growth, and long-term value creation.
