   I am responsible for managing MassDOT\'s Highway Division funding programs, which include the Complete Streets Funding Program, Municipal Small Bridge Program, Local Bottleneck Reduction Program, Municipal Pavement Program, Chapter 90 Program, and the Shared Streets and Spaces Program. My role involves overseeing the entire process of grant application review and effectively managing the distribution of awards.To ensure the smooth operation of these programs, I actively engage with local and state leadership, municipal partners, and the public, addressing any inquiries and providing comprehensive information regarding the grant programs. Additionally, I extend my support to communities throughout the project implementation phase.As part of my responsibilities, I handle contract administration for grant awards, including monitoring spending, tracking project progress, and resolving any local issues that may arise. I am also involved in various operations management tasks such as updating grant program guidance, application materials, and program websites to keep them current and relevant.In addition to day-to-day operations, I contribute to the strategic planning of MassDOT\'s grant portfolio, devising both short-term and long-term plans for its future. By identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, I aim to enhance the overall effectiveness and impact of the grant programs.Overall, my role as a manager in MassDOT\'s Highway Division entails the efficient management of funding programs, close collaboration with stakeholders, and strategic planning for the continuous development of the grant portfolio.
