I have over twenty-five years of experience in HR, with expertise in employee relations, benefits, training, and compliance. I am passionate about creating a positive and engaging work environment that promotes fun and vacations as part of a happy and balanced life. I work closely with our executive leadership to align our HR strategies with our organizational goals and values. I also enjoy helping our employees grow and develop their skills and potential, as well as providing them with a comprehensive benefit package.
