Leading the build of a new function and team to oversee cybersecurity specific GRC topics while reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)- Collaborating and aligning with other cybersecurity and business functions as well as quality and regulatory assurance teams- Maintaining awareness of relevant cybersecurity regulations, and compliance requirements pertaining to corporate and product cybersecurity, such as HIPAA, FDA 510k, IEC 81001, PCI, NIS2, MDR, TGA, and CFDA etc- Will ensure HIPAA (Administrative, Technical and Physical safeguards) including ePHI policies & procedures are in place- Developing new cybersecurity specific policies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, frameworks, best practices, and business requirements- Manage customer questionnaire process. Work with product, legal and PSS teams to ensure efficient process to respond to customer questionnairs. Create metrics and KPI’s to measure and drive business results- Conduct Risk Assessments and audits- Leading and performing the identification, assessment, quantification, and prioritization of cybersecurity risks and developing risk management frameworks and processes to mitigate those risks effectively- Overseeing cybersecurity awareness and training programs for employees (both technical and non-technical), to promote a culture of security awareness and to satisfy compliance requirements such as HIPAA and NIS2- Managing and assessing cybersecurity risks associated with third-party vendors and partners- Defining and enhancing current processes for vendor risk assessment, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of cybersecurity GRC initiatives and reporting those measures to the CISO- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including IT, legal, audit, compliance, quality, and product teams to integrate cyber GRC principles
