Resource Management: Conduct contract management and oversight for community engagement firms, consultants, and community-based organizations.Tool Development: Develop tools, templates, and project management systems to improve and evaluate community engagement and inclusion in Department programs.Internal Capacity Building: Develop and implement professional development plans to improve the capacity of internal staff in community engagement, facilitation, project management, and evaluation.
