   Responsible for managing $575K+ event budgets, accurately forecasting spend for all event costs on a continual basis, gathering contractor estimates, post-event financial reporting, and final bill reconciliations with venues and third party vendors for 4+ annual events grossing $3M+ and bringing in attendees collectively. Within this role, I have experience managing all facets of the logistical planning for conferences ranging from 250 - attendees within the Financial sector, held in luxury resorts across key markets.Collaborates with internal department heads to determine the vision for the event, provide accurate estimates for anticipated direct costs, consistently report financial metrics to upper management, and suggest opportunities for cost savings to increase gross profit. Operates in a Project Manager capacity, creating and maintaining logistical timelines with the full event planning team, facilitating regular check-ins to ensure we are meeting all vendor and venue deadlines. Liaises with vendors, sponsors/exhibitors, speakers, contracted onsite support, and internal teams to ensure all event information is effectively communicated and contracted deliverables are executed appropriately.
