I am a Human Resources Director at the Achilles Group. I love working with so many different clients in so many different industries and coming up with creative ways to help them with their HR needs. Each client poses a challenge every time they have a need. I love that I am a part of my client\'s team and help contribute to the growth of their businesses through supporting their HR needs in the areas of HR Infrastructure, Recruiting Effectiveness, People Performance and Strategy Alignment. I am also a member of the management team at Achilles Group as the Vice President of HR Services. As a member of management I am able to not only work in the business but on the business. Its been rewarding to me to see how much Achilles Group has grown and changed over the years. I am passionate about providing clients with the right approach for them and their business. Not every HR solution will fit every company. I like thinking outside of the box and providing a creative solution to my clients. I am also passionate about growing and spinning off talent not only within the Achilles Group team but at my clients as well. My best HR advice would be that you can\'t do HR for HR sake. HR must provide solutions to companies that help them grow, develop and encourage profitability.

   As Vice President of HR Services I oversee Business Development, Marketing and the Shared Services group. As the Manager of the Shared Services team I direct the workflow of HR Professionals as they produce deliverables for our entire client base. I continue to manage a portfolio of clients as an HR Director across multiple industries including medical services, asset management, oil and gas and manufacturing. In this capacity, I advise clients on a variety of issues including disciplinary actions, legal compliance issues, harassment and EEOC claims as well as employee morale and team development issues. I am also a key multi dimensional contributor to the Achilles Group Executive Team.Achilles Group is an organization that proactively delivers human resources expertise in a cost effective way.
