Currently working on communications and change management strategy for provincial health transformation projects, including anything and everything that falls under the Government of Nova Scotia\'s Action For Health plan to improve and streamline the health care system. Responsibilities include leading major projects alongside IWK Health\'s transformation team; working with executives and leaders across our organization; partnering with Nova Scotia Health, the Department of Health and Wellness, project managers and external consultants; among others, to ensure initiatives are aligned and successful. Strong leadership and teamwork skills are required; a mindful, meaningful approach to all tasks is necessary. This job is allowing me to exercise new muscles while continuing to focus on my strongest skillsets. Working for IWK Health is an honour and a privilege.
