Responsible for maturing the Processing Risk Framework built in my prior role as Head Processing Risk (PR) Framework & Governance in a newly developed role to lead Strategic Program and Executive Risk Reporting. Envisage continued transformation required to elevate the PR Framework to align with regulatory standards. Successfully close any related regulatory gaps with Citi’s Regulatory Liaisons.• Maintain responsibility as Lead in developing PR Minimum Control Requirements / Reference Library as a requirement for high-risk business segments across Citi.• Maintain responsibility as Lead in development and enhancement of required PR Training for multi-lingual audiences across Citi’s global businesses / functions.

Kristen is forward-looking risk management / ERM executive whose focus is to make a difference to companies seeking to optimize risk intelligence capabilities across their organizations through enhanced process / technology / frameworks. Established the partnership between RBA and Thompson Reuters. Launching of the first Risk Advisory Practice at UHY Advisors NY. Instrumental in the opening of Jefferson Wells NYC (currently Experis) office in branding the company and delivering GRC/Tax solutions over to over 55 financial institutions in 7 years. Kristen is an Executive Committee member of SIFMA-Internal Auditors Society and member of RMA, IIA, GARP, PRMIA, and AICPA. She speaks at association events focusing on timely topics. Kristen holds her CPA in the State of New Jersey.
