For over 25 years, I have been a leader and a coach in the field of fundraising, inspiring philanthropic investments at top liberal arts colleges. As the director of major gifts at Franklin & Marshall College, I have created, motivated, and coached high-performing teams, achieving multiple record-breaking results and enhancing donor engagement and satisfaction.In 2021, I embarked on a new journey of personal and professional growth, becoming a certified coach and strategist at Platypus Strategists.
