Words matter. They are powerful opportunists that open minds to new ideas, operational tools that translate plans into actionable paths forward, and trust-builders that unite people in common purpose. When a leader can articulate their words just right, everyone breathes a little easier and moves forward with greater confidence. Across nearly 25 years, I have partnered with leaders to build human-centered, data-driven messages that communicate vision, capture attention, and motivate action. It is an honor to be a sounding board, writer, and editor for those who are leading organizations that promote human flourishing.
