As a key member of the JLL National Workplace Advisory team, Kristen partners directly with brokers to bring workplace subject matter expertise to every project. She leverages industry-leading best practices to help clients envision, create, and implement strategic programs that are deeply rooted in data and analytics. Kristen is dedicated to helping organizations integrate top business drivers and company culture to in turn create transformative, data-driven workplaces that connect business priorities to real estate decisions. Kristen brings 15 years of experience in workplace strategy and interior design for corporate interiors clients. Prior to joining JLL, Kristen worked for top architecture firms servicing a range of projects for local, national and global client accounts. She has executed on projects across various industries including financial services, technology, healthcare and biotechnology. Her deep expertise in performing workplace strategy services includes real estate portfolio strategy, workplace optimization, occupancy planning, space programming, workplace guidelines and standards, workplace trends, and hybrid workplace strategy.
