   We work to strengthen families and communities to care for vulnerable children in East Africa.•Guide strategic direction of Otem Collective alongside the Board of Directors, enhancing organizational impact in East Africa.• Lead the design, promotion, delivery, and quality of family strengthening programs in Uganda, collaborating closely with in-country staff and local partners to support over 850 families through parenting support, economic empowerment, and trauma-informed care. •Provide coaching and technical support to orphanages in Uganda and Kenya moving towards family-based care, resulting in the successful reunification of children with families.•Represent Otem Collective at international convenings and collaborate with global networks to promote care reform and knowledge exchange.•Lead fundraising efforts, securing both individual and institutional funding, including successful grant proposals and cultivating donor relationships.•Develop internal systems and frameworks for strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, and storytelling to strengthen organizational effectiveness and communication.
