Conceptualized and executed USG Infrastructure Assistance Review (IAR)- an inter-agency analysis to improve the implementation of infrastructure abroad, resulting in a new $30 million.Facilitated consensus among Group of 7 (G7) on foreign assistance spend for the Partnership for Global Infrastructure and Investment (PGII), catalyzing $200M to close the global infrastructure gap. Negotiated with intra and inter-agency stakeholders to strategically allocate $500 million of foreign assistance (CHIPs Fund) for economic growth, secure supply chains, and digital/cyber-security.Created and led agency plan for addressing coercion in emerging markets, through a new strategy for allocation of the $400 million Counter Peoples Republic of China Influence Fund globally.

ABOUT KRISTEN CORDELL
I am an experienced thought leader and policymaker with 18 years of public service. In my most recent role at the White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ), Office of the Chief Sustainability Officer, I led a strategic initiative to engage over 2 million federal employees in achieving ambitious federal sustainability goals. I excel at uniting diverse stakeholders to achieve shared objectives, often under tight deadlines and limited resources. Past examples include: implementing a high-priority inclusive development project in Afghanistan during significant security constraints, allocating over $300 million in foreign assistance to secure global semiconductor supply chains within 90 days, and establishing a new business unit on strategic competition in international assistance to serve staff across 180 field missions. I am proud to have represented the U.S. government on delegations to the UN General Assembly (UNGA), the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). I spent a year as an International Affairs Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and joined the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) as a Life Member in 2022. I have been honored with numerous awards for my public service, including the USAID Administrator\'s Charles B. White Award and the Secretary of State’s Meritorious Honor Award for my policy innovations on high-quality infrastructure. In 2024 I was a White House Leadership Fellow. I am committed to solving our thorniest global challenges (the SDGs) through investing in organizational and personal resilience (the IDGs). To do so, I advocate for colleagues and peers to develop the inner skills necessary to navigate complex environments, particularly through promoting systems-based awareness tools. I recently completed my CTI Coach Training and am an Adjunct Coach.
