I’ve supported teams ranging from 200 to employees in the medical device and healthcare tech industries.My career began in HR, where I learned the ins and outs of employee relations, benefits and engagement. Over time, I realized my favorite part of the job was helping people navigate tricky situations with clarity and confidence, which led me into compliance.I focus on making compliance approachable and practical.
