Leveraging an MBA, combined with a strong background in strategic program management and cross-functional leadership, I love helping teams improve processes, manage risk, and achieve results in fast-paced, constantly changing environments. I\'ve had the opportunity to lead large-scale initiatives, guide technology teams to streamline liquidity stress forecasting, and build relationships with stakeholders across the board, from finance teams to C-suite executives. My approach is always collaborative and data-driven, driving positive outcomes for the firm and its partners.A few highlights I’m especially proud of: Leading cross-functional teams to optimize capital stress forecasting, completing extra scenarios ahead of time while mitigating risks. Driving automation and process improvement in financial analytics, boosting efficiency and reducing operational risks. Fostering strong relationships across departments and providing clear, insightful communication to ensure the best outcomes. Contributing to the Firm’s Resolution & Recovery plan, revamping the funding model, creating a framework for forecasting liquidity risk, partnering with technology to drive reporting, and developing loss-mitigation assumptions.I believe in a hands-on approach to leadership, always putting accountability and collaboration at the forefront.
