Kristen L. Wenger has experience in class actions and complex commercial litigation involving insurance matters, deceptive business practices and consumer fraud. Some of her representative areas of practice include defense of class actions on behalf of insurers, business entities, and management for alleged improper business practices.Ms. Wenger received her B.A. from the University of Georgia in 2006, where she studied abroad in Beijing and Shanghai, China. She earned her J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law in 2011.
