Delivering data-led environmental projects for government, NGOs, and commercial clients, with a focus on waste composition analysis, sustainability strategy, and policy support.• Manage end-to-end delivery of environmental data projects, from sampling design and fieldwork coordination to data analysis, QA/QC, and technical reporting.• Support public and private clients in achieving net zero and circular economy goals through data-driven waste and resource management initiatives. • Oversee project budgets up to £750k, managing financial tracking using CMap.• Lead on bid writing and proposal development, securing new national and international work.• Perform comprehensive data analysis, from initial structuring and cleansing to calculating capture and contamination rates, and understanding trends to deliver accurate, insight-driven outputs.• Act as a primary client liaison, providing clear and timely updates and technical communications.• Coordinate cross-sectoral internal teams and collaborate with external partners and sector specialists. • Contribute strategic insight to project planning and client decision-making.• Active contributor to business development and internal culture.• Lead consultant on Defra-funded £750k street cleansing waste composition analysis across 48 Local Authorities in the devolved nations, supporting Extended Producer Responsibility (pEPR) policy and payment modelling. • Successfully led and secured delivery of a £400k international commercial project.• Led field data collection and quality assurance using digital tools (e.g, Fulcrum), implementing QA/QC processes to ensure accurate, insight-driven outputs aligned with client and policy requirements.• Built and maintained trusted relationships with senior government clients, contributing to evidence-based policy development.• Delivered regular presentations and workshops, translating complex data into accessible insights.
