ABOUT KRISTEN TOMLINSON
I am a Certified Grief Counselor, Certified Death Doula and Certified Tissue Bank Specialist with a robust background in training and education, grief support, and donation advocacy. Currently serving as Manager of GxP Training at ProKidney Corp, I lead initiatives to ensure compliance and excellence in training within the realm of autologous cell therapy aimed at combating chronic kidney disease. In parallel, I am the founder of Life, Grief & Co, a mental health venture dedicated to breaking stigmas surrounding grief and mental health. Through workshops like “Grief and the Holidays,” I provide support to donor families, healthcare professionals, and first responders, fostering healing and resilience. Outside of work, I am a passionate advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community. One of the ways I am committed to the cause is serving as the board secretary for PFLAG Dayton. I am deeply rooted in their mission and honoring my grandparents legacy as they were former PFLAG Dayton presidents.
