Establishes and maintains positive and productive relationships with key people in my accounts. Emphasis is in healthcare and the financial industry. Conducts Annual Business Review Client Meetings with C Level Executives, including scheduling, preparing the agenda, and leading the meeting, as well as meeting with Network 1 engineers, updating documentation, and tracking action items. Provides outstanding customer service to C Level Executives via clear, direct, and consistent communication through email, telephone, and on-site visits. Proactively positions, won, and manages opportunities for additional services and projects. Simultaneously manages rapidly changing priorities for all clients, including unexpected situations such as security breaches, viruses, equipment needs, and emergency meetings. Administers monthly client billing and ensures invoices are accurate. Organizes and managed multiple projects, quotes, orders, reviews, meeting preparations, and all details involved in those assignments. Fulfills requests and creates quotes for hardware, software, and services from the client. Researches industry trends and writes articles for company newsletter. Participates in industry-specific networking associations: North Fulton Medical Group Management Association; Kennesaw Business Association; Greater Gwinnett Medical Group Management Association.
