   As a Team Lead, I have expanded on my daily responsibilities as a Client Success Specialist to include ones relating to leadership and management for my team. I meet with teammates regularly to perform 1:1s - during which we cover performance opportunities and progress to their individual goals. I help teammates strategize and prioritize their areas of focus to achieve their target KPIs. Additionally, I help my team: brainstorm solutions for product/performance issues, de-escalate difficult client situations, communicate more efficiently and build stronger relationships with internal and external partners, work on career pathing, and prioritize their efforts to accomplish their professional goals. I also communicate regularly with management to help identify areas of improvement for the team and create attainable goals. I have contributed heavily to and led team meetings - including content that is relevant and concise to help our team focus on what is most important and drive conversation/engagement.
