In my role as Community & Citizenship Director at Turner Construction Company in Cincinnati, I provide strategic direction for the company\'s economic inclusion, community engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Everything we do aims to support the long-term growth and sustainability of the construction industry ecosystem. I work closely with clients to help define and execute their community engagement strategies, leveraging established community relationships to facilitate greater success. I apply my unique combination of community engagement, equity and inclusion, and project management experience to cultivate sustainable economic impact for minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned, LGBTQIA+ owned, disadvantaged, and small businesses while inspiring the next generation of go-getters to imagine themselves in a fulfilling career in the construction industry. BOTTOM LINE: I intentionally create pathways for economic advancement through authentic relationships.
