As Patron Services Coordinator, I manage all aspects of Front of House operations and customer service for the Chandler Center for the Arts—a unique partnership between the City of Chandler, Chandler Unified School District, and the Chandler Cultural Foundation (501c3).My responsibilities include- Leading and supporting volunteers, house managers, custodial staff, concessions, and security teams- Overseeing ADA accessibility and patron safety to ensure an inclusive and welcoming environment- Coordinating with the Technical Production team to meet the special event needs of artists and rental clients, creating experiences that are both enjoyable and safeAt the heart of my work is a commitment to service leadership, exceptional guest service, community connection, and ensuring every event feels welcoming and safe for all.
