I\'m a people person who loves connecting which is why I LOVE working in internal communications and employee engagement. Companies thrive when their culture is strong and I love being a part of that, especially when building out recognition programs. It took me awhile to find a role that I love which means I\'ve got a varied background. Need help coding or issues with your laptop? I can do it. Want to plan an event with catering, presentations and all the works? I\'ve got the experience. Have to blow up a ton of balloons? Weirdly, I can also do this (it may take me awhile but I can do it!). Even if I haven\'t come across it, I am more than willing (and probably overexcited) to expand my knowledge base. As my dad says,\"It\'s a good day when you learn something new\" and I am determined to have so many good days in the future.
