Provide administrative, operational, and clinical support to the Therapy Team, consisting of 80+ therapists, at a fully virtual eating disorder treatment program- Support company OKRs through regular assessment and evaluation of Therapy Team KPIs- Complete weekly 1:1 supervision meetings with direct reports- Complete bi-annual performance reviews with direct reports and provide ongoing support and feedback related to performance improvement- Provide regular instructional and educational presentations to the Therapy Team- Participate in weekly cross-departmental meetings with leadership from the following departments: Clinical Operations, Practice Management, Clinical Training, Program Development, Patient Experience, Insurance and Billing, Human Resources, and other provider verticals within Care Delivery- Utilize evidence-based treatments, including FBT, CBT-E, CBT-AR, DBT, MI, ERP, and Mindfulness in my clinical work with patients and families- Assist the Patient Experience Team in addressing and resolving patient/family concerns- Continuously develop and facilitate the onboarding/offboarding processes for Therapists - Develop and maintain organizational spreadsheets to support logistical processes related to facilitating Therapist transitions, Supervisor changes, supporting Pre-Licensed Therapists towards independent licensure, patient reassignments, crisis response and intervention, hiring and recruitment, and daily operational functions- Provide regular office hours and consultative support for providers managing clinically acute patient concerns- Collaborate with the Admissions Team to review therapeutic/psychiatric escalations as part of the medical clearance process for new patients- Utilize numerous technology platforms that aid in communication, collaboration, and connection across the virtual work environment; these platforms include Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Lattice, Simplrr, Litmos, Athena, Lever, Ramp, ADP, and the Equip EMR
