Oversee a team of ten associates, six Accounts Payable Associates, four Senior Accounts Payable Associate. Full cycle accounts payable for 64 Benchmark Communities. Ensure invoices and payments are done efficiently and timely. Manage the 1099 year end reporting for our management company. Report month end accruals for all pending accounts payable invoices in our ERP system. Ensure high priority vendors have provided proper statements for month end accruals. Documented all Accounts Payable procedures to ensure team has proper resources. Assist in financial audits. Three major projects currently working on are E-Procurement system, Centralized Disbursement and telecom outsourcing.
