About Kristen Lingenfelter

Married to the owner of Lingenfelter Performance Engineering, Ken Lingenfelter, I have found my niche creating and branding Lingenfelter Race Gear, a leading provider of high quality race themed apparel and accessories. I am passionate about all things automotive, with a particular love for Corvette. I am a proud member of both SCCA and regularly competing in regional and national events.My passion for cars doesn\'t stop at racing, however, as a long time advocate of the automotive aftermarket, I am committed to supporting the industry and helping fellow enthusiasts get the most out of their vehicles. Through my work at the performance company, I have gained extensive experience in marketing and sales within the industry.In addition, both Ken and I have a strong passion for giving back to the community. Over the years I\'ve been involved in event planning and fundraising at the Car Collection. We host two open houses yearly, one in the spring fundraising for the American Cancer Society. The fall open house in October focuses on Breast Cancer Awareness supporting The Pink Fund. During the Holiday Season, we proudly support the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots program. We have teamed up with Northville Concours D’Elegance the past four years and co-host this event. My dedication to volunteerism has been recognized by Crain\'s Detroit Business, which named me as one of 60 distinguished volunteers in the year 2012. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing and a Master’s in Business Administration, and I\'m involved with several business women groups including WIMNA, collaborating, building networks, and focusing on personal growth.As a member of #TeamLingenfelter (and married to Ken Lingenfelter), I\'m proud to be part of a company that\'s positively impacting the automotive industry and beyond.
