I have over 17 years of experience in the non-profit organization management industry, leading an experienced team across the areas of design, marketing, and communications. I hold a Master\'s Degree in Management with a focus on Organizational Behavior and a Leadership In Place Management (LPM) certification from the International Downtown Association. As the Director of Marketing and Design at Corning\'s Gaffer District, I oversee the organization\'s creative direction, strategic marketing, communications, public relations, and social media programs. I also administer grant programs related to economic development and funding for events and programs.
