ABOUT KRISTEN KOPATICH PASEWALD

As a Senior Clinical Educator at Boehringer Ingelheim, I leverage my 16 years of experience as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to provide unbranded and branded education to patients and healthcare providers on rare disease and specialty medications. I am passionate about delivering patient-centric and evidence-based solutions that improve health outcomes.I also bring strong project-based leadership skills and innovative thinking to my role utilizing lean six sigma concepts. I am an active team member on several internal projects focusing on process improvement and expansion of the role into new therapeutic areas. I have been recognized for my performance and contributions with multiple awards, such as the Bronze Innovation Award, the Top Performer Award, and the President\'s Club Award. My goal is to continue learning and growing as a clinician, leader, and educator while supporting the mission and vision of Boehringer Ingelheim.
