About Kristen Klein
Former teacher turned freight tech advocate - helping teams simplify processes and keep relationship + RGA (Rev Gen Activity) at the forefront. After four years teaching and leading as a high school principal, I made the jump to logistics (it\'s actually not that different). First, as a broker and trainer and eventually into sales on the tech side. I\'ve seen firsthand how chaotic and time-consuming manual tasks can be, and I love helping teams make them simpler.I help brokerages, carriers, and shippers eliminate mindless activity so their team can focus on revenue-generating work. My background in teaching and training helps me break down complex problems and build buy-in across teams. Outside of work, I\'m a family-gal who\'s always up for talking logistics, tech, or ways to make any of the daily to-dos lighter.
