   Leads the organization’s internal communications strategy, developing and implementing plans that ensure unified, consistent, and positive messages define and promote the corporate identity and mission. Maintains strong partnerships with the Executive Leadership Team and global management to drive holistic, effective corporate and integrated communications programs, including public relations, employer branding, special projects, and multi-media content creation.Has successfully project managed Oregon Tool’s first company-wide ESG Impact Report from start to finish, overseeing content development, design, and a comprehensive communications rollout across internal and external audiences, including a press release, social media campaign, customer and partner notifications, Team Member information sessions, and news features.Supports Executive Leadership initiatives such as company-wide Ask Me Anything sessions and global Town Hall meetings to foster open communication between leadership and Team Members at all levels of the organization. Also co-leads major internal initiatives, including the company-wide SharePoint migration project, transitioning the old platform to a new, modern intranet for global Team Members. Collaborates across teams worldwide to execute integrated campaigns aligned with Oregon Tool initiatives and continues to support recruiting, global mobility, and immigration programs.
