Recruit for Customer Success and Services Teams for both evergreen and unique roles at the individual contributor and leadership level across US, Canada and LatAm- Build diverse candidate pipelines to present to hiring managers to deliver on our DI & B hiring commitments - Run weekly candidate feedback discussions, challenging interviewers to eliminate bias and influence hiring decisions- Strategically partner with senior stakeholders and non-recruiting business partners on hiring strategies, goals and best practices to consistently improve processes and stay competitive with the market- Lead the team in passive sourcing; design and deliver Sourcing Training for the team and host ongoing sourcing enablement sessions to help increase % of passively sourced candidates- Coach, mentor and train new Recruiters and help them ramp efficiently to have immediate impact- Plan and execute batch interview days resulting in 17 hires in one quarter- Sought out to work on special projects such as: revamping interview kits to more strongly align to role attributes, planning & hosting CS Webinar, participating in multiple pilot programs & round tables to offer guidance, feedback and test out new tools before rolling out to the larger recruiting department, offering guidance to FSO/CSSO teams on hiring goals, headcount tracking and compensation
