I work on the full running of the Professional and Executive division supplying to small, medium and large companies on a variety of positions from Marketing to Product Executives, Sales to HR advisers. I am completely adaptable and happy to work on any projects my clients, old and new throw at me.With my role i look after a small team made up of Resourcers, Junior 360 Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers. I conducts their weekly 121\'s, Daily updates, and set their weekly/ monthly targets. My job is to ensure my team & clients are thriving not only on a work level, but on a personal level too.
