Ms. Gulick is an environmental scientist/visual resource specialist with more than 8 years of industry experience. Her responsibilities have been distributed over a wide variety of conservation and energy projects, with emphasis on technical writing, environmental analyses, permitting processes and data management. She has authored numerous independent engineering due diligence permitting reports and regulation compliance documents. Ms. Gulick has served as deputy project manager and has task led regulatory and permitting processes for a variety of energy projects throughout the U.S, within both public and private sectors. She specializes in renewable energy, including solar, battery energy storage, and onshore/offshore wind power. She has consulted with county, state, and federal government agencies and has worked closely with conservation research laboratories, environmental and engineering consultants, and nonprofit organizations. She has extensive experience in Oregon, Washington, and Hawaii permitting, including compliance with the State Environmental Policy Acts (Washington and Hawaii) and Energy Facility Siting Council (EFSC) regulations (Oregon). Her future goals consist of continuing to strengthen her experience in environmental visual resource impact analyses, consulting, urban planning and design.
