I have over 25 years of experience in the health, beauty, and skincare industry, and I am an expert in driving sales growth, building customer loyalty, and creating best practices for wholesale and retail channels.My passion for skincare stems from my academic background in business administration MBA and a PhD in organizational psychology, which I obtained from prestigious institutions in Spain. I have applied my knowledge and skills to various cultures and markets, coaching dozens of CEOs and helping over 50 companies penetrate 30 countries. I have also founded and led successful medical spa businesses in the US and abroad, and partnered with renowned experts in the field. I have brought two companies to exit with PE firms on two continents.
