In my current role, I have two key areas of focus. First, in the area of Learning Operations, I bring process, tool, and reporting improvements to enable our Learning teams to focus on learning strategy and execution. My goal is to reduce noise and distractions, so our Learning teams can be more efficient and effective in driving business impacts through Learning. I also drive community building initiatives to improve collaboration across our Learning teams. Second, I design and run strategic Learning programs, with far-reaching impact within Accenture and beyond. On the side, I have a few passion projects: I support Learning for the Accenture Anti-Human Trafficking Community, and I am the Community Relationship Manager for Accenture\'s relationship with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado.
