In my role as the Director of Customer Experience for American Greetings, I am fully responsible for the strategic leadership for the following areas organizations:Customer Experience Center: Teams that provide superior customer support to customers of all online brands for American Greetings, thousands of retail partners and all internal American Greetings field associates and leadership in the US and Canada.Centralized Customer Management: Team is responsible for the development and management of customer relationships and sales growth of independent and small chain retail customers.Field Mobility Asset Management: Organization that provides asset management for over field service organization assets in the US and Canada as well as the technical support expertise to maintain the fleet for successful service operations at all time.I am focused on leading the development and implementation of strategies that target improved processes, efficiencies in technology, development of human capital, and successful KPI attainment. The driving force behind my leadership is to create a work environment that has a fully engaged, passionate workforce allowing them to grow and develop within their roles and their careers.
